Margaret R. Griepenstroh

Margaret Griepenstroh 93, of Gentryville, IN. died January 24, at St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville.

She was born September 27, 1926 in Indianapolis, IN. to Otto and Esther (Hicks) Oskins. She graduated from Gentryville High School and worked at GE in Tell City. She was a member of the Gentryville United Methodist Church. She enjoyed her family and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her Husband Ed in 2000, a granddaughter Heather, a brother in infancy and a sister Helen Bolton.

She is survived by a son William (Carol) Griepenstroh, a daughter Phyllis (Nick) Hart. 6 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren,  a sister Doris Blowers, and 2 brothers Jim (Fern) Oskins and Richard (Gail) Oskins.

Visitation will be on Thursday January 30, 2020 from 3:00 PM CST till 7 PM CST at the Gentryville United Methodist Church.

A Funeral Service is planned for Friday January 31, 2020 at 10 AM CST at the Gentryville United Methodist Church, with burial to follow in the Garden of Memory Cemetery in Gentryville.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Gentryville United Methodist Church.
